Concerning the Divine

1. Blasphemy against the Divine is a crime punishable by death if so chosen by the offended.
2. Thou shall give up worship and offerings to the Divine.
3. The word of the Divine is the word of all Law, it is to be followed without question.

Concerning the Emperor and Emperess

1. Thou shall bow before thy Emperor and Emperess upon all meetings.
2. Thou shall not question the actions or judgement of thy Emperor or Empress.
3. Thou shall not commit perjury while in thy Emperor or Emperess' presence or any other time.
4. Thou shall honor thy Emperor and Emperess as the Divine.

Concerning the Upper Races

1. The word of the Upper races is superior to all, it is to be followed without question.
2. Thou shall honor the Upper races in a respective manner, and in return expect to be treated as such.
3. The Upper Races consist of the Lyriae(Divine), The High Elves, The Priests, and The Offspring of the Divine.

General Laws

1. Thou shall not commit crimes of killing, theft, perjury, adultery, or harrassment against any citizens of the realm.
2. All legal contracts must be approved by the Emperor before becoming binding.
3. Necromancy is a crime punishable to the fullest degree, Sundering.
4. Territorial claims must be submitted to the Emperor and approved before becoming legitament.
5. Breaking contracts approved by the Emperor is a crime punishable to the highest extent. If you are to enter into a binding contract, be sure you are completely ready.
